Instructions:

Wash and Dry the Potatoes
Scrub the potatoes clean under running water. Dry them completely using a kitchen towel. -
Oil and Salt the Potatoes
Rub each potato with olive oil. Sprinkle salt all over. This makes the skin crispy after air frying. -
Air Fry the Potatoes
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35–45 minutes.
Flip them halfway through cooking.
To check if they’re done, poke with a fork or knife—if it slides in easily, they’re ready. -
Serve Hot with Toppings
Let them cool for a minute or two.
Cut a slit on top, press the ends to open, and add your favorite toppings like butter, cheese, or sour cream.
