Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

You can serve this recipe as a complete one-pan meal, or pair it with a fresh salad, roasted veggies, or garlic bread for a bigger spread. Leftovers can also be stored and reheated, making it great for meal prep.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 pound (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While potatoes cook, season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add steak bites to the basket with the potatoes. Cook for another 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
  7. Drizzle garlic butter over cooked steak and potatoes. Toss gently to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use sirloin or ribeye for the juiciest steak bites.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches for even crisping.
  • For medium-rare steak, check at 6 minutes; for medium-well, cook a bit longer.
  • Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Serve with a side of steamed veggies, salad, or garlic bread for a full meal.
