Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage

1 large egg

1 cup almond flour

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

2 oz provolone cheese, shredded

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together egg, baking powder and salt.
- Add in sausage, almond flour and cheese.
- Mix together well.
- Make into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes and broil for a few minutes if they aren’t golden brown.
