Ingredients:

  • 2 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, haddock, or halibut)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or cooking spray)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Ninja Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush fish fillets with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Coat the fish with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to stick.
  6. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
