Low Country Boil for One

Low Country Boil
Ingredients:
1.  3 baby potatoes, halved or quartered if they are larger
2.  4-6 raw shrimp (depending on size), cleaned, peeled and deveined
3.  3” piece of Beef kielbasa or Polish sausage (like Hillshire Farms) cut into 1/4” slices
4.  1/2 cup frozen corn
5.  1-2 tsp olive oil
6.  1 tbsp butter, melted
7.  1/4 tsp garlic powder
Spices  used:
Creole seasoning
Old Bay
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Instructions: 
1. Mix potatoes with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of the seasonings of your choice.
2. Place in air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
3. When done, give them a shake to turn them over.
4. While potatoes are cooking, use a medium bowl to mix shrimp, sausage, corn, a little olive oil, and the seasonings of your choice.
5. When potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes and been turned, add the seasoned shrimp, sausage, and corn; spreading everything into a single layer. Air fry for another 8 minutes.
6. Melt the butter and garlic powder in the microwave. Dish up your low country boil and pour garlic butter over everything & Enjoy.
