Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 baguette or loaf of bread, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Mixture
    In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Bread
    Place bread slices on the baking sheet. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over each slice.
  4. Top with Cheese
    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each slice for extra cheesiness.
  5. Bake Until Golden
    Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
