Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish – optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with oil or butter.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour into dish: Transfer the egg mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
