Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs are a protein-packed, wholesome dish perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a light dinner. This recipe uses simple, everyday ingredients and takes just a few minutes to prepare before baking. Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish – optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with oil or butter.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour into dish: Transfer the egg mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if using, then serve warm.

  • For extra flavor, add chopped spinach, mushrooms, or cooked bacon to the mixture before baking.
