Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped apples

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped apples.
  • Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  • Place the muffin pan in the Ninja Foodi and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the muffins to cool before serving.
