 Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional, for fluffiness)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • ¼ cup chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, spinach, tomato, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons cooked meats (optional: ham, bacon, sausage)
  • 1 teaspoon oil or butter (to grease the pan)

 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep Your Air Fryer Dish

Use a small, oven-safe dish, cake pan, or silicone mold that fits in your air fryer basket. Lightly grease it with oil or butter to prevent sticking.

2. Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with the milk (if using). Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Add Fillings

Stir in the chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, and any cooked meats.

4. Pour Into the Dish

Pour the egg mixture into the greased dish, spreading ingredients evenly.

5. Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the dish in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly golden.

 

6. Serve

Carefully remove the dish (it’ll be hot!). Slide the omelette out and serve as-is, or slice it and enjoy with toast, avocado, or salad.
