Air Fryer Garlic Toast Pizza

This dish is very flexible—you can keep it simple with cheese and pepperoni or load it with vegetables, meats, or even pineapple if you like. It’s also a great recipe for kids to make since they can choose their own toppings.


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices frozen garlic toast
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni (or any toppings you like)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place the frozen garlic toast in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 3 minutes to warm the bread slightly.
  4. Remove and spread pizza sauce on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add pepperoni or any other toppings of your choice.
  7. Place the slices back into the air fryer.
  8. Cook for 5–6 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.

  • Add toppings like mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, or olives.
  • For a spicy kick, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes on top.
