INGREDIENTS
- 4 yellow bananas
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- ½ – 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Coarse pink sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel each banana and then cut the ends off so they are flat. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

Lay the bananas inside the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Brush the tops of the banana slices with coconut oil and then sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Place them in the air fryer at 375° F or 180° C and cook for 6 minutes.

Serve immediately and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
NOTES
Expert Tips:- Avoid overripe bananas. It’s ok if they have a few brown spots on the peels but you want them mostly yellow.
- Serve immediately, warm or at room temperature, and try to plan for no leftovers.
- Enjoy eating them on their own or on other dishes.
- For best results don’t skip the salt but don’t overdo it. Just a light sprinkle to make all the flavors really pop!
- Cook in a single layer and split into batches if they don’t all fit.
