Ingredients:
1. a dash of sunflower oil,
2. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped,
3. 4 tbsp lemon juice,
4. a little sambal (hot sauce),
5. a piece of finely chopped ginger,
6. 1 tsp coriander powder and
7. 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Instructions:
1. Make a marinade from soy sauce,
2. Mix all this until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Cut chicken thigh fillet into pieces, place in a plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the chicken in the basket of the airfryer for 9 minutes, shaking once halfway through. Enjoy!
