Ingredients
- 3-4 Large Russet Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Scrub and wash each potato then prick several times with a fork.
- In a large bowl drizzle oil over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Rub the oil and spices onto each potato until evenly coated.
- Transfer potatoes to air fryer basket sprayed with nonstick.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through. Time will vary depending on size of potatoes and air fryer.
- Serve with your favorite baked potato toppings.
